Summer Associate 2021 Recruiting
For my M7 folks, what does recruiting look like at this point (for any industry, buyside/IB/consulting)? I haven’t seen much of anything. I’m not sure if I’m just shitting the bed, but it doesn’t seem like any recruiting is happening right now?
Finance focused M7 here. Our process doesn't start for another couple of weeks. Right now it's just networking with second years. IB is the earliest and that will start in a few weeks. IM and PE is ongoing and won't wrap until the spring but the OCR portion is similar to IB.
Got it, thanks for sharing. I’m not on campus right now. Even those on campus don’t have a clue what’s going on (some are even saying firms might wait until next semester when we’re going to be on campus).
