Summer Venture in Management Program ("SVMP") at Harvard Business School Quesiton

Undergraduate students can participate in the Summer Venture in Management Program ("SVMP") at Harvard Business School. Only rising seniors with summer internships may apply. According to what I've read, it appears to be a challenging program to join, yet a highly successful one. I would love to apply since I know I would learn a lot, and it would look well on my CV and resume. I would appreciate any of you who have experience with or knowledge of the program, how difficult it is to get in, or how employers feel about it would be helpful as I just applied and am waiting to hear back.
