Target in Home or Semi Target in UK
As the title says, should I go to a target school in Spain or a semi-target in the UK? Being in Spain would be easier for me. However, I want to work in London.

I don’t know the current process for EU citizens to work in London but you should aim for London. And a semi-target is good enough to break in.
Rule of thumb is to study where you'd want to live and work eventually. I would pick the UK based school if the goal is London.
UK semi-target
1) If you want to be in London, you need to study in the UK.
2) You're from Spain, its easier to go back there after some time in London VS starting in Spain and eventually moving to London.
3) Starting off in London would establish a stronger foundation for any European role, compared to starting in Spain.
