Target Undergraduate School 150k Debt Wall Street Questions

I will be attending a top 5 undergraduate BBA this fall-but will be in 150k debt when all is said and done. What extra things do you guys recommend I do my freshman year to increase my shot at the top positions following graduation, aside from maintaining GPA & networking? What is the best way to scope out and decide on what field to pursue? I am also not sure how I should spend the first-year summer yet. The only way I can seemingly make this degree worth it in the short term is a top WS Job after graduation. Any input or tips for a naive 18 yr old kid interested in finance would be greatly appreciated.
