Time spent in IB for MBA + grades disclosure

I'm currently working as an IB analyst at BB in London. I'd like to do an MBA in the US (M7) and I have two quick questions: - how many years in IB will give me the best shot at H/S/W ? When do people from US IBs apply, since it's more structured over there ? Can I apply when I'm 2 or 3rd year analyst ? It's a question about maximizing chances - I've done a Master's degree at top university in Europe, which has a non-disclosure policy when it comes to grades (like top US MBA programmes as I've read) - for outsiders it's just pass/fail for the course but students can see their transcript with grades A/B/C/F which is not official. When applying for their MBA programmes, will they ask me to provide grade transcript from my Master's degree, even though I will say and they probably know... about the policy my university has ? I could give them my BSc transcript, but I'm not sure if I can apply and be seriously considered without providing MSc grades

Thanks guys, appreciate it
