Transfer: Penn CAS vs. Columbia College vs. Duke Trinity IB
Rising sophomore (got into these 3).
From what I've seen on other threads: Wharton spillover > Columbia > Duke?

I think Columbia would give you the best chance at recruiting for IB. Penn CAS is solid, but you have to standout to compete with the large Wharton contingent. I say this as a Wharton senior who knows a couple of analysts and current seniors who landed offers at EBs/BBs from CAS. I know for a fact they nearly all had 3.8+ GPA and solid sophomore internships in finance. A bunch also took Wharton courses to demonstrate their interest in finance.
Thanks for the feedback—I had similar thoughts, but I was unsure as to whether the differences in OCR and brand recognition would compensate for the competition against Wharton kids. Useful to hear from someone @ penn
