A friend of mine who recently transferred said that her new school mentioned she has to list her old school on her transcript. nontarget -> target Would investment banks care if you left out your past school? I cant imagine that they would rescind an offer just because you transferred into the school.

I doubt it, but I don't see why you wouldn't include it. They aren't going to hold it against you that you did well enough at some other school to get yourself into a target. Some would probably even see that as a plus, when compared to kids who've always had it easy.
