Transfer to target?

What are my chances of getting into a target? I'm looking to go into IB and then move to PE or Corp Dev. I'm currently a sophomore at what many consider a non-target (think Baruch/Fordham) but does have a presence at many bulge brackets. GPA is 3.7/4.0, have had a few internships, have been networking a decent amount, VP of an investment club, and pretty involved in pretty much every other finance club at school. I've had internships at a local financial advisor, a venture capital firm, and about to start interning at a hedge fund. I really like living in NYC so Stern and Columbia would be top choices but I hear they have really low transfer acceptance rates. Besides that I don't really have a preference for location so where would you guys recommend I apply to? Where do I have a good shot at getting in?
