Cornell Dyson, Notre Dame Mendoza, USC Marshall, UVA McIntire, UMich Ross, UNCKF
Georgetown is not very transfer friendly but if you get in there is def worth going to over IU as are all of the above.

There aren't any "top" schools that are transfer friendly. The most transfer-friendly semi-target is probably USC.
the schools I listed are all targets that are all somewhat transfer friendly.
