Transferring from lower-tier NESCAC to Target

I am a sophomore at a lower tier NESCAC school, think Conn College or Trinity, with 3.96 GPA and will have a 3.98 GPA around the time of transfer. I play sports at the college, but do not love school. I am looking to transfer to a target school, like Cornell, Stern, Columbia, Wharton, Emory, Georgetown. I want to land a BB or EB job, but would like to increase my chances by transferring to a target school. What do you think my chances of getting into these schools are and do you think it is worth it to transfer?
