Trump admin effect on value of US MBA for foreigners?

Seems like with all the uncertainty about visas for foreign workers the value of US MBA is now less than it was before Trump election.

As a foreigner (European) who strongly considered seeking graduate eduction in US it is quite a disappointing twist.
