tufts alum here and this is pretty inaccurate. Recruiting might not come to you but it’s pretty easy to get your foot in the door with some networking. Tufts is looked upon favorably as an academic institution - most people in finance perceive it as such but understand that the school and student body aren’t heavily focused on finance.
