Tulane MFin in New Orleans or Baruch MSF in NYC

Hey guys! I am currently in a conflict selecting grad school between Tulane and Baruch. I have two internships in Asset Management and would love to secure a similar job after graduation. I know both of them are not great schools but I only got offers from them.
The quality of Tulane's MFin program is good, but the location is too bad for finance. Baruch is said to have great reputation in New York, and the MFE MSA program are really good, but the MSF program is new, so I am not sure about the quality of the MSF program.
I was recently told that Baruch Zicklin business school has almost 100% placement. I am just wondering if it's true and whether will it be easy to find a job in New York after graduate from the MSF Program.

Thank you!
