UK Masters in Finance programmes - Best time to apply?

I appreciate that this may be a little far in advance, but I'll most likely be applying for a Masters in Finance programme in London for a September 2022 start (LBS MFA and LSE MSc Finance & PE are my goal).

However, from those that have completed the programmes in the past, when is the best time to apply? I'd like to know so that I can plan on when I'm going to sit my GMAT and prepare my applications fully.

Cheers

Obviously the sooner, the better. Most masters have quotas on nationalities (although some schools might be stricter about them than others), so you don't want to be too late when you apply. Imho your best moment would be september/october, most people haven't even taken their GMAT yet so you have good chances, especially at schools like LSE where applications are reviewed on a rolling basis and there are no different application rounds. Obviously, I assume you have a decent profile at least. Source: have applied to masters in finance in the UK and elsewhere. Got accepted at LSE (but turned down the offer).

It was not because of its cost. I decided to go to another school in the end as I liked the overall package more. Very happy with my decision tbh.
