I just got waitlisted at McGill. Is there anything I could do to increase my odds of bring accepted, such as send a letter of motivation or intent, or get a teacher who loves me to write a letter of recommendation for me, or is there no point? I'm surprised this happened with a 3.83 GPA lol (they only consider grades)
