From the sounds of things, you don't know what you want to do. (BB, MBB, Film, PE, HF) Dartmouth is a safer bet than USC and doesn't close much in the way of doors for whatever career you want coming out of it. It also looks better than USC on MBA apps.

Post UG You can get to SoCal on your own and don't need a school to do it for you.

 

If you want to live in SoCal go to USC. No one cares about Dartmouth, they will have barely heard of it in LA. Get your MBA at Anderson and you will have the two strongest alumni networks in LA. Why be miserable in New Hampshire (is that a city or state?) when you can go live in LA which is where you want to be anyway. Have you ever lived in LA?
