Rising senior here, doing my SA at a BB in NYC.
Vandy has a growing presence on the street, and alumni will go to the distance for you.
If you want to break into banking, you will from Vandy. It is quite simple.
Clubs are not as important for placements compared to other schools. But of the top of mind the strongest ones in terms of placing into banking are FDP, Finance Club, VIC, DSP. I think frats are good too, I am not in one but the frats with presence on the street are Sig Nu and Kappa Sigma.
Overall in my experience it has been a great experience both personally as well as professionally.
