Wharton Undergrad transfer to Harvard for Applied Math/Stats and Government

First year Wharton undergrad (Double major in Math) looking to transfer to Harvard for Applied Math/stats and gov.

*Pros of Penn*

- Bestfriend goes to the school

- Best UG business school, so job offers won't be too hard

- Great living situation

*Cons of Penn*

- No true Applied math program

- No stats major (just concentration within Wharton)

- Business requirements like marketing that take away from legal studies and math

- No longer interested in traditional forms of finance and would rather go to law school (Harvard, Yale, Stanford)

- Not a big fan of Philly area

*Pros of Harvard*

- It is Harvard

- Better concentration options for all 3 areas of study (Stats, Math, & Gov/Legal)

*Cons of Harvard*

- Only ~12 people get in

- Cambridge weather (not large problem)

- Leaving friends

I also have 2 national full-ride scholarships that are applicable to any university in the United States, meaning that both schools would end up paying me to attend, so finances is of no large value.
