What are good soph sa for nondiversity?

Title above, alot of the BB soph programs are tailored only for diversity candidates. Unfortunately, I do not have any diversity aspects that would benefit me for recruiting, and was wondering what I should position myself for next summer that would help me with recruiting junior SA. Have a 3.9 gpa and attend a semi target(BC).

Any boutique investment bank that is not a scam. It will require a lot of networking and cold emailing, but trust me, it sets you apart in junior year recruiting. If you can't get any IB, then look to PE/HF/AM in that order.

What if I am already interning at a non-scam boutique investment bank? Can I do anything maybe for sophomore summer?
