How to improve odds at high-tier Master's?

Hi all,

I am currently studying my BSc at Copenhagen Business School, with a fair GPA (3.8 US equivalent), and will be graduating in summer 2025. I really want to work internationally, but am  split between IB/Consulting, as I like both numbers, people and strategy. Currently looking at Master's programs in London/France which would open the most doors. I have multiple connections that went to LBS and praise it highly, so I am looking to apply there as soon as I get my GMAT done (MFA & MiM).

My question is, besides strong GPA and GMAT, which things are looked at strongly for the admissions process? Both in UK/France. I speak 3 languages, and work at a large buy-side next to my studies, but I want to do my best to improve my chances at a good Master's.

Any alums have some good tips?

Work experience, internships, extra curriculars!!! By far the most important afterwards ;)

In the US, recommendations and uGPA are also important factors.
