What should I do starting my freshman year of college?

I don't go to a target school right now, I'll be heading into my freshman year at a small LAC in the midwest (or I recently got off of the waitlist at UCI, so that is another option for me). I know neither of these options are the most optional, but I want to use the cards that I have, and I wanted to know the best path to take starting my freshman year of college - any programs I should keep in mind, what would make me stand out to get into a target business school?
