What to do between Now and Applying to B-School???

So I go to a top 20( Business Week rated) undergrad B-School, GPA of 3.8 and starting in a BB operations 2 yr program. Haven't taken my GMATs yet. I could only get middle/back office interviews but nailed everyone and got offers. Ultimately I want to do REAL work on Wall Street, not middle office....I think I have the grades and activities to get into a good b-school. Would like Harvard or LSE...but what the hell should i do between starting work and applying in few years to make it???
