What Transcripts to Submit?

I graduated college in 2014 and have not attended graduate school. When submitting my MBA application do I have to submit every single transcript or just my degree transcript (e.g., undergraduate transcript, study abroad transcript with letter grades).

Last year I took extra courses for pre-med at Harvard Extension School at night, and decided to focus on my consulting job after 1 month. I withdrew 1 course, and skipped my final for the other course (C- grade). This was NOT for a degree, and was NOT transferred anywhere for any credits. Can I omit sending?

DUKE -"Below is important information regarding our requirements for your previous college and/or university transcripts." -"Legible, scanned copies of all transcripts are required for each college or university you have attended." -INTERPRETATION -> Maybe not send additional courses?

COLUMBIA -"Applicants should scan and submit PDF versions of transcripts from each college and university they have attended as a registered student." -INTERPRETATION: Unfortunately ... send additional courses?

MICHIGAN -"All undergraduate and graduate transcripts: You may submit an unofficial copy of your transcripts (and degree documents if applicable) with your application. If accepted, official transcripts will be required." -INTERPRETATION -> Just my undergraduate transcript, not additional courses?
