Deloitte Consulting BTA experience Top 20 School, not an IVY Engineering/Math Major, Management Minor Over 3.5 GPA but not much Good ECs (of course I think so)

You could apply to the the UConn MBA program and you wouldn't get in without a GMAT score.
jimbrown is right, what's your GMAT? It's tough to say where you should apply based just on that, it also matters why you're looking to go to bschool, what you're hoping to get out of it, and what you hope to do coming out of bschool

How many years of experience? How have you progressed? 720/3.5 is average for even the best school. Deloitte is legit. If you have several years of progressive experience, you are solid candidate for damn near anywhere.
