Which master degree is as good as MBA?

I’m studying GMAT to hopefully apply for an MBA by the end of this year.

However, I’m working on 2 jobs now (one in Credit and the other in Real estate) and I hardly have time to study for it. But my goal is quite ambitious where I want to go to top 10 MBA programs in the States.

Therefore, I’m thinking if I should apply to a master program at a target school that does not require GMAT/ GRE. Is there any program like that at a target school that you know? And will this master program help me get to consulting, IB, HF or VC as well as an MBA would do?

With my current position at a mid-size company, it’s quite hard to make a transition so I need to rely on a master program at a very good school.

Thank you!
