Which MSF programs? goal is San Francisco banking and I have a low GPA (3.0)

I graduated from Indiana Kelley majoring in finance and am hoping to use an MSF to get out of Chicago and land middle market banking gig in San Fran. I've done a lot of research on the top MSF programs for banking and noticed most are in the South or East Coast (Vandy, UTA, Villanova, DukeMMS). I heard location is very important in regards to an MSF. Should I be shooting for one of these schools or are there any programs closer to the bay area that I should check out?

I know my GPA is bad I've been grinding for the GMAT and should be able to crack 700

thanks guys
