Why can't all schools implement grade nondisclosure, school nondisclosure and extracurricular nondisclosure?
I'd love for academic and professional equality in the sense that an employer cannot distinguish between a 2.3 GPA communications major with zero extracurriculars from Ohio State with a Wharton 4.0 hardo who is the president of like 7 investment funds/workshops. Think about how much less stressful the world would be. Jobs would be allocated purely based on merit, not some numbers on your transcript, the name on the building you go to school in or what student clubs you attend halfheartedly.
