Will US universities run their programs in person, or online for 2021-22?

Is there any official information or any clarity on whether universities in the US will run their programs for the 2021-22 academic year in person, or online?
In case they are online, do you see any risks/disadvantages associated with joining a program which will be run online? Mostly applying to MFin/MFE/MSCF programs.
