Working part-time/full time to finance MBA

Hey All

I am an Associate (3yrs experience) at a secondary shop in UK (think buying LP stakes, investing in continuation vehicles etc.) and would like to switch to IB.

I went to a non target and straight to my current role. Now I would like to do an MBA at LBS or INSEAD to try to get a post MBA Investment Banking Associate position. However, they are both quite expensive and I would not know how to pay the fees without continuing working.

How did you guys come up with the money without working then for two years? Special Loans, savings (I was not really able to save a lot to be honest during this time), ? Do you know if for example at LBS it is still possible to work part-time/full time?Any insights/help is appreciated.
