Worth going to a US school for MBA?

Just wondering if you guys could shed some light on this...

I am currently in second year of a business admin program at a school in Ontario. I am either going to specialize in Finance or Accounting, but am not 100% sure which one at this point. I am leaning towards Accounting because if I do specialize in it, I will have all of the schooling required and just need work experience before I write the CA exam. I have also heard that people who get a degree in accounting have more a wider range of jobs available to them even in a finance field?

At some point I will get my MBA, and I'd like to work in the states or another country other than Canada. Is the best way to achieve this going to a US grad school, or will an MBA from a good Canadian school suffice?

Sorry if I haven't made anything clear (ask me if something is unclear) and hopefully you guys can help me.
