Writing one's own recommendation to MBA programs
I'm seriously doubting whether my FT offer will stand next year, so I've decided to apply to a few extra MBA programs in the 2nd round to be safe. One of my recommendors wants me to write my own recommendation, and he'll adjust it as necessary. What's the best way to go about this? Is it ever possible to accomplish this without sounding too stylistically similar to one's essays?
