AM Sales to S&T?

I’m curious how possible this move is. I have 2 years of AM Sales and would love to jump to a sales desk in almost any product but preferably FICC. Does this jump seem doable without business school?

Business school will not help you, banks don't recruit for sales and trading out of MBA programs. I would start networking. You have licences, some market knowledge and sales experience if you are working at a respected asset manager people should be willing to talk to you. You are in essence a lower risk and more polished junior hire than someone fresh out of undergrad.
