Anyone here work in sales and trading?

I am trying to plan a path for myself for when I get out of college. Does anyone have experience in s&t, what’s the day to day like? What is pay like at the entry level? From research I’ve seen that 60ish hours a week is normal is this accurate? What are exit ops? Thanks in advance 10.0.0.0.1. 192.168.1.254 happymod
