Associate Promotion - Immediate Salary Bump or Year End
S&T at a BB. Got promoted from Analyst to Associate. Does the pay bump come at year-end or immediately (in Aug)?

How much as Aso1 base for BB S&T? And how much is the bonus range?
Update: pay day arrived and I received a bigger raise than I was expecting (effective immediately). Very odd it wasn’t communicated to me by management (manager is in a different office).

Also in S&T, my manager communicated with me a day before that I received a promotion (one day before my new pay stub). Associate 1 base should be between 125-140k (with bonus upto 75%) based on figures I seen on my desk.
