Breaking in Without a Finance Degree
Hello,
I am currently a finance and computer science major at a semi-target state school trying to break into S&T. I am considering dropping my finance major, and changing to become a computer science, math, and economics major, simply because I find it more interesting, especially economics. Would this help or hurt my chances when attempting to break into more technical roles, or even trying to make quant out of undergrad (I know highly unlikely but I'd still like to try). Furthermore, would this ruin my chances at generally becoming employable if I fail at breaking into Wall Street?
