Bulge Bracket S&T moving to Middle Market S&T

Hi all, 

Could use some advice here.  I have been in a Bulge Bracket S&T role within the Equities space for about ~3.5ish years. I have this potential opportunity to pivot to a smaller bank (middle market) within their S&T division. 

In my current role (BB S&T) it is hard to pivot to other areas and  I am not learning anything new .. pretty bored a lot of the days. What's pulling me into this new role is the potential to do/work on other asset classes (besides equities).

Assuming a pay/comp/title bump + exposure to other classes, would you take this offer?

Also is job hopping (of course every few years) perceived a good thing in S&T?  Maybe it's a generational thing but I've meet some folks who have been doing the same/similar thing for 15+ years... I just don't have the ability to maintain that same interest.
