Capital Asset Exchange & Trading

A recruiter from Capital Asset Exchange & Trading reached out to me recently for a trading position in their Texas office. I've done a little research on them but was looking to see what others have heard about them. A quick overview of the firms operations is that they trade semiconductors & equipment as a commodity.

A recruiter reached out to me a few times as well. I ended up having a call with the HR rep just for the heck of it and immediately realized the place seemed sketchy. Read some Glassdoor reviews that seem to confirm that. Seems like HR just reaches out to people that work on legitimate S&T desks and try selling the position as a commodity trading role. From what I understand, they are pretty much the middle-man between semi-conductor producers overseas and Silicon Valley/tech companies that need the products.
