Gonna get downvoted but if u are a non-minority straight dude, try ur best. I'm not white btw, and I'm just trying to be real. In a down year, it's easier for girls to get the return, and if the intern class was originally like 2/3 dudes and 1/3 girls, it will end up balancing to almost half n half with guys having lower return rates.
