Citi grad analyst performance ratings

Citi uses a 1-4 rating system for 2 categories namely (1) how and (2) what. Was just wondering what proportions of grad analysts get each rating, since I thought I was a fairly average performer in my cohort but got a 2 and a 3 when I was told most people get 3s?

Is there a rough breakdown of how grads are split from 2-4 (I’m assuming no 1s)? Hoping to kick off a discussion and maybe give everyone more colour into this fairly opaque system
