Commodities Deals Desk to Trading

Hey everyone, I've got a role in Commodities Deals Desk at Trafigura, I have a prior experience in Risk Management in another Bulge Bracket(different asset class)

Wanted to know how can I get a seat in Commodities Trading through this experience in future.

You either have what it takes or you don't. Are you comfortable taking on risk? Are you able to convince others that you would be good at it? Do people enjoy being around you? Can you handle stress well? Are you a smooth talker/bullshitter? In your experience in risk management were you the smartest guy in the group? Are you constantly thinking about different ways to make more money?

Edit: You guys sure didn't like this one. What about it was incorrect?
