Commodity Trading Graduate Advice Needed

I really want to get into a top commodity/energy trading firm as a grad. I am looking at places like BP, Vitol, Hartree, Gunvor, etc. I come from a top uni + relevant internships. What can I do to maximise my chances of getting in? Which firms should I target? Thanks in advance (Based in the UK)
