Cost structure Forex Prime Broker

Using Average Joe's online forex broker the best you can get trading e.g. EURUSD is something about 0.1 - 0.3 pips spread plus an additional commission of not less than 20 USD per million what represents another 0.2 pips.

So for a turnaround the total costs are in best case about 0.5 - 0.7 pips.

In which range are (prime broker?) cost structures for professional trading firms with capital of at least 50 million USD? I read on one website that the prime broker commissions can be as low as 2 USD per million (instead of 20). Is this realistic?

Does someone know something about how spreads and commission look for forex with a prime broker?

Thank you for your help!
