I just got an internship at a energy company for analytics/market ops and was hoping if someone could give me some of the dos/donts of being able to land a FT offer (i believe they have a three year program for new grads) along with how to network and leverage my postion to potentially land a chance at BP/shell TDP type jobs or HF opportunities.
