Equity Derivatives Sales Coding

Hey guys, I will be starting an internship at a BB EQD sales desk in about a month.

The ED who interviewed me told me that the desk is expecting for the intern to automate some of the existing pricing process and extract some external data (either via scrapping or crawling), and optimize current codes.

While I have an experience of taking some programming class, I never really had a chance to use them during my previous internships.

Before the internship starts, I wanted to get an exposure on coding/automation at a EQD sales desk. If there happens to be anyone who has an experiene of automating pricing process at an EQD sales desk or just a S&T desk, can you please share some useful material to refer to (i.e., some online learning material that could be useful)

Much appreciated!
