FICC S&T - JPM vs GS
Have SA offers for both, which should I take?
Seems like JPM is top ranked but GS seems to have a more risk taking culture. Really torn at which I should take. I’m interesting in macro products if that’s helpful.
In general which is viewed as the better franchise? All else equal which pays more?
Think JPM is a better trading house, very strong in FICC. Iirc jpm hires onto a specific desk though without a rotational aspect so I guess mostly account for whether you like the desk as opposed to the name. I heard some jpm associates got upwards of $650k last bonus season..
Damn 650k for an associate is crazy. What desks are some of those associates on?
