First Year Trader Comp
Just signed an offer to start as a trader at next September as a graduate at a BB and wondered what first year compensation typically looks like for a trader? Have a few friends in IB seats who seem to get around 50% of base salary as a bonus, is it similar and how do sales/trading bonuses compare in early years.
Interested to hear how comp progresses too.
