I'm starting my internship, like many, in a few weeks. I would love nothing more than to walk out of this internship having learned a bunch, and with a full-time offer in hand, and for those of you out there who turned an internship into a full time offer, I was wondering how you did it. We have all heard the work hard, get there earliest, stay the latest, be eager and helpful, but what else can we do? Anything specific? Any advice would be greatly appreciated
