How 'busy' are you?

Just curious to get a sense, obviously a subjective question. For context, let me know what kind of desk you work and anything else you feel is relevant along with how busy you are. Get the ball rolling.

I work on an equities desk and we're pretty dead, earnings is giving a boost, but otherwise pretty quiet. I'm pretty junior so it's hard to compare but I work with people who have seen their comp go -$200k or more YoY. I know this isn't shocking, but I'm curious to hear how things are at other places.
