How long after superday should I expect to hear back?
Hi, I'm pretty new to finance recruiting (I'm not a business major nor do I have really any finance background) and I need some advice.
I got into a diversity program which offers accelerated recruiting at a BB for summer 2021. I made it to the superday last Wednesday and I thought it went pretty well, however I haven't heard back yet. Should I be concerned? I've heard of some people who got their offers 5-6 days after the interview and some got it the same day.
