Initial Interview
I am a senior at a non target school and am a finance major. I have applied to 300 different jobs in finance focusing on Investment Banking and Institutional sales. I started off with blindly applying to different positions with no connections at all and shortly realized I will never acquire a job with this strategy. Then I began networking and received a few referrals that I am extremely grateful for but still did not receive an interview. If anyone has any tips to over come this situation it would be greatly appreciated.
